For an aesthetic and truly lasting result, patient cooperation is also necessary: without determination, technology and the dentist's expertise alone cannot help.
To motivate our patients to achieve a more beautiful smile and a healthier bite, we have compiled a selection of orthodontic cases, which we will now present in more detail.
1. Eset: Positioning the front teeth, including the incisors and canines, which are proclined and have gaps, with self-ligating, aesthetic porcelain braces.
Our patient, in their forties with beautiful white teeth, wanted to enhance their smile and correct their bite. Self-ligating ceramic braces also helped with their problem, requiring only the expertise and empathy of the dentist and the patient's perseverance.

2. Case: Slightly reclined large incisors, strongly protruding small incisors – treatment of deep bite and crossbite with self-ligating ceramic braces and surgical maxillary expansion
The aim of the treatment was to harmonise the dental arches, eliminate crowding and deep bite, and create a beautiful smile.
To resolve the dental issue, we recommended upper jaw surgery and self-ligating porcelain braces, which resolved all issues encountered, leading to a satisfied patient leaving the clinic.
The final step in creating the perfect smile is the Fitting of aesthetically pleasing ceramic veneers designed using smile design techniques, this is still to come in the workflow. We’ll also report back on the final result!
Orthodontic treatment: Surgical expansion of the upper jaw and orthodontic treatment using a self-ligating porcelain appliance
Case 3: Alignment of the upper left canine, creation of an ideal bite, and correction of the midline using self-ligating porcelain braces
Our sixteen-year-old patient had a small upper dental arch relative to the size of their teeth, which meant there was insufficient space for the upper left canine. Due to the narrowing, the bite was also inadequate, and the lower jaw was positioned more posteriorly than ideal.
The deviation would have had negative long-term consequences. Therefore, the orthodontist used a Hyrax expander, followed by a self-ligating ceramic brace, for the correction. During the treatment, the dental arches were successfully harmonised and the midline aligned, resulting in a beautiful smile.
