An incision is a surgical procedure performed under anaesthesia, during which the affected area is cut to reach an abscess and release accumulated pus. This procedure is carried out under anaesthesia, so the sensation of pain is minimal. During the removal of inflamed granulation tissue, laser energy is applied, and surrounding tissues are not damaged.
