The iPlus laser resection offers an effective and gentle solution for removing the root tip of posterior molars. Using the world's first Biolase dental laser, the procedure is minimally invasive. Due to the root tip being difficult to access from the palate side, a conventional, classic drilling treatment is performed alongside the laser treatment for maximum effectiveness. The healing period is shorter after the laser procedure, and swelling and pain can be significantly reduced. The iPlus laser resection can also be effectively used for the removal of molars (palatal root).
