Laser dentistry treatments are faster and in most cases painless compared to traditional procedures, and can be performed without the need for anaesthetic injections.

How does a laser used in dentistry work?

In our practice, the market leader Biolase laser dentistryWe use our laser equipment, three different types: the Waterlase iPlus, the iLase, and the ezLase devices.

The Biolase Waterlase iPlus the unique YSGG laser wavelength utilises a strong interaction with the patented water jet, which cuts and shapes the fabric without contact, heat, vibration or pressure. This scientifically developed and verified procedure is also exceptionally effective for treating gums, skin, and bone.

Biolase iLase and ezLase smaller-sized and lower-power laser cutting devices, which perfectly suitable for root canal disinfection, oral surgery procedures, aesthetic treatments, gum contouring, gum aesthetics, reducing tooth neck sensitivity, for treating mouth ulcers and cold sores.

No pain, no injection, no bleeding, no drilling sound.

In most cases, laser treatments are painless, so an anaesthetic injection is often not even necessary. In many cases, caries can be removed without the use of anaesthetics or dental drills.

Our laser treatments do not include the removal of previously placed fillings, and in certain cases, anaesthetic injections may be required during laser treatments. The various benefits of laser dental treatments manifest to differing degrees during the specific treatments. Our aim is for our patients' treatments to be as calm and pain-free as possible.
