Dental implant prices

How are dental prosthetic prices developing nowadays? This greatly depends on the dental laboratory chosen by the dental practice, and the condition of the teeth! At Naturadent, we work with the best procedures and dental techniques!

We lose our teeth when they can no longer be saved by dental interventions, in addition to in old age or as a result of an accident.

However, dental prosthetics have not only aesthetic but also health implications. Missing teeth are not only unsightly, but they also make the whole process of chewing more difficult, which can even affect the way we move. The dental prosthesis The prices aren’t so high that we can’t afford to invest in our health.

Dental implant prices: is it worth it?

A healthy and sound set of teeth is not only aesthetically important, but also for our health. Tooth replacement helps to protect the remaining healthy teeth, so they cannot shift, tilt, or loosen their roots towards the gaps, and lose their stability.

The main consequences of long-term tooth loss are bone loss, incorrect tooth movement, and asymmetrical loading.

The new teeth replace the valuable chewing surface, which is very important from a physiological perspective.

The avoidance of unilateral chewing, and thus also the wear and tear of the jaw joint, is possible. Toothlessness has numerous external negative aesthetic consequences, which significantly affect human relationships and quality of life.

Therefore, the resources invested in dental prosthetics are indeed worthwhile, for our health.

What are the prices for dental prosthetics like?

The prices of dental prostheses can vary greatly, due to the use of different quality materials and procedures.

There are cheaper, but less reliable, long-term dental restoration techniques, and also those that can last for the rest of our lives and restore the sensation of natural teeth.

Furthermore, the prices of dental prostheses also depend on the extent of the damage to the teeth. Therefore, it is difficult to say exactly how the price of a dental prosthesis will be determined.

Tooth replacement costs: what procedures are there?

There are essentially three procedures to choose from; one of them is the construction of a bridge over natural teeth, the other for the dental implant bridge construction, and the third is the removable dentures, which may be either gum-supported (a type we use less frequently) or implant-supported (which we frequently carry out at our practice).

A bridge attached to natural teeth is essentially a prosthetic that spans between two healthy teeth, which is less stable and durable than using an implant, currently the most modern procedure.

Compared to a bridge, an implant does not require two adjacent healthy teeth to be prepared by grinding them down, and in uncomplicated cases, they will serve as healthy teeth for the rest of our lives.

The removable, dentures that rest solely on the gums (without an implant) we only use this method very rarely, as we believe it is the least optimal solution for tooth replacement, given that The dentures often wobble; they aren’t stable enough, and they also detract from the taste experience.

A much better solution than this is dentures fixed to implants, which we also make quite often, ensures a satisfying chewing experience and stays in the mouth for a long time.

The prices for dental prosthetics vary greatly depending on the chosen technique. At Naturadent, we work with the best quality materials and dental prosthetic techniques.

Dental restoration prices: dental implant

You approach us with your issue with the highest expectations, therefore we work with premium quality dental implants, which, although not cheap, are extremely reliable and come with a lifetime guarantee.

This means that if any problem arises with the implant, it will be replaced anywhere, anytime.

What’s more, these top-of-the-range BTI and Straumann SLActive implants integrate and osseointegrate incredibly quickly. In our view, this dental restoration is well worth the price. The only drawback is that the procedure is time-consuming, but as we’ve mentioned, it’s very durable, reliable, and there is no risk of unstable chewing or loss of taste, to the same extent as, for example, a removable denture that rests solely on the gums.

Dental implant prices: what do you get for your money?

A consultation is part of a dental implant prosthesis, which includes a dental examination and a panoramic X-ray, during which it is possible to discuss the process and the patient's questions.

This is followed by a three-dimensional 3D CBCT scan, which reveals the position and quantity of the tooth and bone.

If the implant dentist considers the bone quality to be suitable, the dental implant can then be inserted. At the same time as the implantation, we also carry out laser disinfection, which prevents the spread of bacteria and thus speeds up implantation.

After a 3-4 month period of osseointegration, the placement of the dental crown and aesthetic shaping takes place. The total dental prosthetic prices include the implant screw itself, the abutment, and the crown.

If you would like a completely accurate price calculation or a personalised quote tailored to your needs, then book an implant consultation, where our dentist will provide you with comprehensive information; you will also receive a printed treatment plan setting out the costs so that you know exactly how much your new, long-lasting smile will cost.
