Fog restoration

Our patient was given a temporary filling for a month, as it was not certain that the tooth could be saved due to extensive tooth decay. We treated our patient’s fractured incisor with a restoration. The result is a lifelike tooth with a completely natural colour. We carried out the treatment using a rubber dam; as a result, the mouth and teeth may feel a little dry afterwards, but this will soon pass. The photos show the broken incisor and the result following treatment.

Restorations are therefore similar to a masterpiece done by a dental technician, but with less loss of tooth material, which is the most important aspect to consider.
