The first line of defence for our tooth roots is our gums. Our gums cover the lower, more sensitive part of our teeth and stabilise the tooth by surrounding it. Gum recession can also be the cause of painful tooth neck sensitivity, bleeding gums and gingivitis.<\/p>\n
